About this website

This website is run by Nobleyield Medical Consultancy LLP, trading as NY Medical Consultancy. We coordinate treatment at partner hospitals in India for international patients.

Our information is general

The information on this website is general. It does not replace advice from a doctor who knows your case, and it is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.

Always speak to a qualified doctor about your own situation before making a decision about your health.

Who treats you

We coordinate your care. We do not provide medical treatment. Treatment is provided by the hospital you choose and by the doctors who work there, and your medical care is their responsibility.

Any opinion or cost estimate we pass on to you comes from the specialists at that hospital, not from us.

No guarantee of outcomes

We cannot promise a particular medical result. Outcomes depend on your condition and on the treatment you and your doctors decide on.

Cost estimates are estimates. The final cost is set by the hospital and can change if your treatment changes.

Visas, flights and accommodation

We help you apply for a medical visa and arrange travel, but visas are granted by the Indian authorities and travel is provided by airlines and hotels. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted or that a booking will be available.

Visa rules change often. We check the current rules with you before you apply, but you are responsible for meeting them.

Using this website

You may read and share this website’s pages. Please do not copy its content for your own commercial use without asking us first.

We keep this website up to date as best we can, but we may change or remove pages at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be dealt with by the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
