If you refer patients for treatment in India, we work alongside you. You stay involved in your patient’s care, and we keep you informed at every stage.

How referral works

1. You submit the case

   Send us the patient’s reports and a short summary through our case form, on WhatsApp or by email.

2. Specialists review it

   We pass the case to specialists in the right field at our partner hospitals. They review the reports and give their opinion and a cost estimate.

3. You can discuss the case by video call

   On request, a specialist at the partner hospital can discuss the case with you by video call before the patient decides.

4. We coordinate the patient’s treatment

   If your patient decides to travel, we arrange the hospital invitation letter for the medical visa, and help with flights, accommodation and airport pickup.

5. You are kept informed

   We keep you informed during your patient’s treatment and after they return home, so you can continue their care. With the patient’s consent, we send you the discharge summary and reports.
